Payment Methods

Last Updated: October 06, 2026
Currency: United States Dollar (USD)

Regions Covered: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, and Australia.

Cedruno sells in-stock Vanity Tables, Makeup Vanities, Dressing Tables, Vanity Desks, and related vanity furniture through our online store.

This Payment Methods Policy explains which payment methods Cedruno accepts, when customers are charged, how payment verification works, how taxes, duties, and shipping charges appear during checkout, how approved refunds are processed, and how payment information is protected.

All product prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes and duties collected by Cedruno, order totals, and refunds are displayed and processed in United States Dollars (USD).

Unless an individual product page clearly states otherwise, Cedruno sells in-stock merchandise. Processing time refers to order verification, product inspection, packing, labeling, freight documentation where required, and carrier scheduling. It does not mean that a Vanity Table is manufactured after checkout.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Cedruno currently accepts the following payment methods when available during checkout:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • PayPal

Only payment methods actually displayed during the official Cedruno checkout are available for a particular transaction.

Payment availability may vary depending on:

  • Customer location

  • Card issuer

  • Payment provider

  • Device or browser

  • Checkout configuration

  • Security requirements

  • Temporary payment-service availability

If a payment method does not appear during checkout, it should not be considered available for that order.

2. Credit and Debit Card Payments

When paying by credit or debit card, customers enter payment information through the secure checkout process.

Depending on the transaction, the payment provider may request:

  • Cardholder name

  • Card number

  • Expiration date

  • CVV or security code

  • Billing address

  • Billing ZIP or postal code

  • Additional authentication

The issuing bank or payment provider determines whether a transaction is approved.

Cedruno cannot override a payment decline issued by a bank or card provider.

3. Card Information Storage

Cedruno does not store full credit or debit card numbers or CVV security codes on its own servers.

Sensitive payment information is handled through third-party payment-processing infrastructure.

Customers should enter payment information only through the official Cedruno checkout.

4. Payment Verification

Card transactions may require additional verification such as:

  • CVV verification

  • Billing ZIP or postal-code verification

  • Billing-address matching

  • 3-D Secure

  • Strong Customer Authentication

  • Bank authentication

  • Fraud-prevention review

These security measures may be required by the issuing bank, card network, payment provider, or applicable payment rules.

If required authentication is not completed successfully, the transaction may be declined.

5. 3-D Secure and Strong Customer Authentication

Certain card transactions may require additional security verification through the customer's bank.

Depending on the institution, this may involve:

  • Banking-app approval

  • One-time password

  • SMS verification

  • Biometric verification

  • Another authentication method selected by the bank

Cedruno does not control the authentication method required by a customer's financial institution.

6. PayPal

PayPal may be available when it appears during checkout.

Customers selecting PayPal may be redirected to PayPal to authorize the payment.

PayPal transactions are subject to PayPal's own:

  • Account requirements

  • Funding-source rules

  • Security procedures

  • Transaction-review procedures

  • Terms and conditions

7. Pending PayPal Payments

Certain PayPal transactions may not clear immediately.

Examples include:

  • Bank transfer

  • eCheck

  • Delayed funding source

  • PayPal transaction review

If PayPal shows a transaction as pending, Cedruno may wait until the payment is confirmed as cleared before beginning order handling.

8. When Customers Are Charged

In most cases, payment is charged or captured when the customer completes checkout and the transaction is successfully approved.

Successful payment allows Cedruno to:

  • Confirm the order

  • Begin order verification

  • Confirm product availability

  • Prepare the Vanity Table for shipment

  • Prepare shipping or freight documents

  • Arrange protective packing

  • Schedule carrier handling

A failed or incomplete payment does not create a confirmed paid order.

9. Order Confirmation

An order is successfully submitted only after payment has been authorized and accepted.

Cedruno may send an order-confirmation email after checkout.

Receiving the email does not necessarily mean:

  • The order has shipped

  • Carrier pickup has occurred

  • Tracking is active

  • Additional payment review has been completed

Some orders may still undergo ordinary verification before fulfillment.

10. Order Review After Payment

Cedruno may review an order before shipment.

Review may include:

  • Payment status

  • Billing information

  • Shipping information

  • Product availability

  • Order value

  • Delivery eligibility

  • Fraud-prevention information

These reviews help protect customers and Cedruno against unauthorized or incorrect transactions.

11. High-Value Order Verification

Because Cedruno sells Vanity Tables that may have a higher transaction value, some orders may require additional verification.

Review may occur when:

  • Order value is unusually high

  • Billing and shipping information do not match

  • Shipping information is incomplete

  • Multiple orders are placed in a short period

  • A payment provider flags the transaction

  • Fraud-prevention tools require confirmation

  • Customer information is incomplete

  • Transaction activity appears unusual

A verification request does not automatically mean fraud has occurred.

12. Information We May Request for Verification

Cedruno may request limited information such as:

  • Order ID

  • Customer name

  • Billing information

  • Shipping address

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Confirmation of order details

Cedruno does not need customers to send complete card numbers or CVV codes through ordinary email.

13. Unable to Complete Verification

If required verification cannot reasonably be completed, Cedruno may:

  • Hold the order

  • Decline fulfillment

  • Cancel the order

If payment has already been collected, the applicable refund will be returned to the original payment method.

14. Currency

Cedruno processes payments and refunds in:

United States Dollars (USD)

If a customer's:

  • Credit card

  • Debit card

  • PayPal account

  • Bank account

uses another currency, the financial institution may convert the transaction.

15. Currency Conversion

Cedruno does not control:

  • Exchange rates

  • Currency-conversion fees

  • Foreign-transaction fees

  • Bank fees

  • Card-issuer fees

  • PayPal conversion differences

The amount appearing in a customer's local currency may therefore differ from the original USD amount.

16. Billing Descriptor

A charge may appear on the customer's statement as:

Cedruno

or a related payment-processor descriptor.

The wording depends on the payment provider and financial institution.

17. Checkout Total

Before payment is submitted, checkout may display:

  • Product subtotal

  • Discount

  • Shipping charge

  • Applicable U.S. sales tax

  • VAT

  • GST

  • Import duties

  • Customs-related charges

  • Final order total

Customers should review the entire checkout total before submitting payment.

18. United States Shipping Charges

Orders shipping within the United States with an eligible product subtotal below:

USD 2,500

are charged a standard shipping fee of:

USD 149

Free standard shipping is available when the eligible product subtotal reaches:

USD 2,500 or more

Applicable U.S. sales tax may be calculated and displayed during checkout where required.

19. Canada Shipping Charges

Orders shipping to Canada with an eligible product subtotal below:

USD 3,000

are charged a standard shipping fee of:

USD 249

Free standard shipping is available when the eligible product subtotal reaches:

USD 3,000 or more

Canadian orders may also be subject to applicable taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or customs-processing charges.

Where Cedruno collects applicable import charges during checkout, those amounts will be displayed before payment.

20. United Kingdom & Europe Shipping Charges

This region includes:

  • United Kingdom

  • France

  • Germany

  • Spain

  • Italy

  • Belgium

  • Portugal

Orders with an eligible product subtotal below:

Applicable VAT, duties, customs fees, or brokerage charges may apply depending on the destination and checkout configuration.

21. Australia Shipping Charges

USD 4,000

are charged a standard shipping fee of:

USD 399

Free standard shipping is available when the eligible product subtotal reaches:

USD 4,000 or more

Applicable GST, duties, or customs-processing charges may apply.

22. Free Shipping Eligibility

Free standard shipping thresholds are:

United States: USD 2,500 or more
Canada: USD 3,000 or more
United Kingdom & Europe: USD 3,500 or more
Australia: USD 4,000 or more

Unless a promotion states otherwise:

  • The threshold is based on eligible product subtotal after discounts

  • Taxes do not count toward the threshold

  • Duties do not count toward the threshold

  • Shipping charges do not count toward the threshold

  • Separate orders cannot be combined

  • Free shipping applies to standard shipping only

  • Optional delivery upgrades are excluded

The shipping amount shown during checkout controls the individual transaction.

23. International Taxes and Duties

For international orders, applicable taxes and duties are handled according to Cedruno's Shipping Policy.

Depending on destination and checkout configuration, Cedruno may collect:

  • VAT

  • GST

  • Import duties

  • Customs-processing amounts

  • Other import-related charges

If checkout states that an amount has already been collected, customers generally should not be asked to pay the same included charge again at delivery.

24. DDP Where Available

Where available, Cedruno may use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) arrangement.

DDP availability can depend on:

  • Destination

  • Carrier

  • Product

  • Shipping route

  • Customs requirements

  • Checkout configuration

Where applicable duties and taxes are collected during checkout as part of DDP shipping, those included charges are generally prepaid.

25. Charges Not Collected at Checkout

If a tax, duty, customs fee, brokerage charge, or other amount is not collected through Cedruno checkout, it may be payable separately to:

  • Carrier

  • Customs authority

  • Government agency

  • Brokerage provider

  • Local delivery service

Cedruno does not control charges independently imposed by those parties.

26. Payment Security

Cedruno uses reasonable safeguards intended to help protect checkout information.

These may include:

  • SSL/TLS encryption

  • Secure checkout

  • PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment processors

  • Limited access to payment-related order information

  • Fraud-prevention checks

  • Additional review of higher-value transactions

Cedruno does not store full card numbers or CVV codes on its own servers.

27. Secure Checkout Reminder

Customers should enter payment details only through the official Cedruno website.

Before entering sensitive information:

  • Confirm the website address

  • Confirm the connection uses HTTPS

  • Confirm the browser indicates a secure connection

Do not submit payment information through unverified links, messages, or invoices.

28. Payment Methods Cedruno Does Not Normally Accept

Unless specifically offered in writing for a particular order, Cedruno does not accept:

  • Cash on delivery

  • Personal checks

  • Business checks

  • Money orders

  • Cryptocurrency

  • Payment after delivery

  • Direct bank transfers

  • Split payment across multiple cards unless checkout supports it

  • Payment sent through private messages

  • Unverified off-site invoices

Use the official Cedruno checkout for payment.

29. Failed or Declined Payments

A transaction may fail because of:

  • Incorrect card number

  • Expired card

  • Incorrect CVV

  • Billing ZIP or postal-code mismatch

  • Billing-address mismatch

  • Insufficient funds

  • Insufficient available credit

  • Bank fraud-prevention block

  • Failed 3-D Secure verification

  • International-payment restriction

  • PayPal funding issue

  • Payment-provider technical issue

  • Checkout connection problem

If payment fails, the order is not considered confirmed.

30. What to Do if Payment Fails

Customers may:

  • Check card information

  • Verify expiration date

  • Re-enter the CVV

  • Confirm billing ZIP or postal code

  • Confirm billing address

  • Complete bank authentication

  • Contact the issuing bank

  • Try another accepted card

  • Use PayPal when available

  • Try another browser or device

Do not send full card information to customer support.

31. Pending Authorizations

A payment attempt may create a temporary pending authorization.

This does not always mean a completed charge has been collected.

If the order does not complete, the authorization may:

  • Be voided

  • Be released

  • Expire automatically

according to the payment provider's schedule.

32. Pending Authorization Timing

Cedruno does not control how quickly a:

  • Bank

  • Card issuer

  • PayPal

  • Payment provider

releases a pending authorization.

Processing times vary between institutions.

33. Duplicate Pending Authorizations

Multiple checkout attempts can sometimes create multiple pending authorizations.

This does not necessarily mean Cedruno collected multiple payments.

If you believe you were actually charged more than once, contact Cedruno Support.

34. Cancellation Refunds

Cancellation requests are governed by Cedruno's Cancellation Policy.

Customers may normally request cancellation within:

24 hours after checkout

provided the order has not already entered a non-cancellable stage of fulfillment.

If approved, Cedruno refunds the eligible amount to the original payment method in USD.

Cedruno initiates the approved cancellation refund within:

7 business days after cancellation approval.

35. Approved Cancellation Refund Amount

Where applicable, a full approved cancellation refund may include:

  • Product price

  • Standard shipping fee paid during checkout

  • Taxes collected by Cedruno

  • Duties or import charges collected by Cedruno and eligible for refund

The exact amount depends on the transaction and cancellation timing.

36. Return Refunds

Returns after delivery are governed by Cedruno's Return & Refund Policy.

When an eligible return has been:

  1. Authorized

  2. Received

  3. Inspected

  4. Approved

Cedruno processes the applicable refund within:

7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.

37. Refunds for Product Issues

For a verified:

  • Cedruno error

  • Incorrect product

  • Product defect

  • Missing essential component

  • Carrier damage

Cedruno may refund the affected product price and applicable standard outbound shipping paid for that item.

38. Change-of-Mind Refunds

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the product price may be refunded after inspection.

Original outbound shipping is generally non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The customer may also be responsible for applicable return shipping according to the Return & Refund Policy.

39. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the:

Original payment method used during checkout.

Examples:

Card payment: Original card
PayPal: Original PayPal transaction

Store credit is used only if the customer specifically requests or accepts it.

Cedruno does not normally redirect a refund to:

  • Another card

  • Another bank account

  • Another PayPal account

  • An unrelated third party

40. Refund Currency

Approved refunds are processed in:

United States Dollars (USD)

If a customer's financial institution converted the original purchase into another currency, the local-currency refund amount may differ because of:

  • Exchange-rate changes

  • Conversion fees

  • Bank policies

  • Payment-provider policies

41. Bank Processing After Refund

Cedruno's processing timeframe is separate from the financial institution's posting time.

After Cedruno submits an approved refund, the bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional business days before the funds appear.

Cedruno cannot control third-party posting schedules.

42. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes must normally be applied during checkout before payment is submitted.

They generally cannot be added retroactively.

If an order is canceled or refunded, the refund is based on the amount actually paid after:

  • Discounts

  • Coupons

  • Store credit

have been applied.

Expired promotional codes may not be reissued unless required by law or confirmed by Cedruno.

43. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a problem involving a:

  • Payment

  • Order

  • Shipment

  • Cancellation

  • Return

  • Refund

contact Cedruno so the issue can be reviewed.

Customers retain the right to contact their bank or payment provider.

If a formal dispute is opened, the payment provider may temporarily control the disputed funds while reviewing the case.

44. Records Used in Payment Disputes

Cedruno may provide relevant information to a bank or payment provider during a legitimate dispute.

This can include:

  • Order records

  • Payment information

  • Shipping records

  • Tracking

  • Delivery records

  • Customer correspondence

  • Cancellation information

  • Return information

  • Refund information

  • Applicable store policies

Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for the dispute.

45. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment method has been used without authorization, contact your bank or payment provider promptly.

You may also contact Cedruno and provide:

  • Order ID

  • Transaction date

  • Transaction amount

  • Limited identifying information

Do not send a complete card number or CVV by email.

46. One-Time Purchases

Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, Cedruno Vanity Table purchases are one-time transactions.

Purchasing a Vanity Table does not automatically enroll customers in:

  • Subscription billing

  • Recurring payments

  • Automatic renewal

Any future recurring service would require separate disclosure before enrollment.

47. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Payment Methods Policy is intended to remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Customers in the:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • European Union

  • Australia

may have additional protections under applicable law.

Where mandatory law provides greater protection, that law takes priority.
